Awarding appointment decision to Mr. Hoang Vinh Hung - New General Director of VIUP

At the ceremony, Head of the Department of Personnel Organization Le Van Toan announced Decision No. 388/QD-BXD dated May 8, of the Minister of Construction on the appointment of Mr. Hoang Vinh Hung - Deputy General Director of the Vietnam Institute for Urban and Rural Planning to the position of General Director of VIUP.

Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi handed the decision on appointment to General Director Hoang Vinh Hung.

Speaking at the event, Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi congratulated the newly-appointed general director for being trusted and assigned new tasks by the Party Committee and leaders of the Ministry of Construction and applauded his achievements and contributions during his career. Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi expressed his belief that with the capacity and professional experience accumulated for many years, General Director Hoang Vinh Hung would continue contributing knowledge and experience together with the leadership do their best to enhance solidarity among the staff, strive to successfully complete the assigned tasks and enhance the position of the Institute in the region.

On this occasion, General Director Hoang Vinh Hung thanked the MOC leaders for the appointment, and promised to accomplish all tasks given to him as General Director of the Vietnam Institute for Urban and Rural Planning.
