Seminar on academic exchange with Korean experts

At the talk, Dr. Nguyen Trung Dung - Director of Center for Training and International Cooperation introduced briefly VIUP and Vietnam planning system. It focuses on urban development in Vietnam, legal documents related to urban planning and development as well as current planning in Vietnam.

Then, Dr. Young-il Song - Land and Housing Institute presented the experiences on developing new urban areas and improving efficiency in Korea. Delegates listened the paper titled “Urban Rehabilitation in Korea: Policies and Projects” presented by Dr. Joo-ho Lim of LHI.
