Kien Giang commences construction of 765 social houses

The adjoining and low-rise homes at the Tay Bac seaside urban area of Vinh Quang ward, Rach Gia city.

This is the first social housing project built in the form of adjacent and low-rise homes, with quite comfortable furnishings, in a seaside area of Kien Giang.

There are seven models of two-storey social houses, located near public services, such as schools, a hospital, the headquarters of the People's Committee of Vinh Quang ward and the ferry pier to travel to the islands.

The selling price of each house is from 1.3-1.5 billion VND, which is offered to first time home buyers, having a stable income of at least 9 million VND per month.

Rach Gia city has at least four social housing areas, with the three previous areas, in the form of high-rise apartment buildings.
