VIUP has two vice-directors more

Mr. Nguyen Van Sinh – Director of Organizational and Personnel Department (MOC) and leader board, heads of divisions and centers of VIUP participated at the ceremony.

At the ceremony, the representative of Organizational and Personnel Department (MOC) announced two decisions signed by Minister of Construction to appoint Mr. Luu Duc Cuong and Mrs. Pham Thi Nham as Vice directors of VIUP. Two appointment decisions came into effect from 25 July 2014.

With the authorization of the Leaders of MOC, Mr. Nguyen Van Sinh delivered the Decisions to Mr. Luu Duc Cuong and Mrs. Pham Thi Nham. He congratulated Mr. Luu Duc Cuong and Mrs. Pham Thi Nham personally and VIUP, expressing his confidence that Mr. Luu Duc Cuong and Mrs. Pham Thi Nham will bring into play their capability, work in solidarity and unity together with the leaders and all staffs of the VIUP to develop the Institute, overcome difficulties to fulfill excellently the tasks assigned by the Ministry. He said that VIUP is a leading institute of MOC, a place training and supplying capable cadres to MOC and he asked VIUP to continue improving this training strength.

Two new vice directors thanked and promised to work together with the leaders of VIUP to fulfill well the assigned tasks.

Mr. Ngo Trung Hai, on behalf of the leaders and staffs of VIUP, made nice wishes to newly-appointed vice directors. He expressed his gladness that the leader board had more partners to take on heavy responsibilities to carry out assigned tasks.
